Finland is regarded by many as a world leader in the delivery of excellent services.
Based on a month long study visit this report highlights Finnish approaches and ways of working with young people with disabilities and additional support needs, to inform discussion and practice development in Scotland.
This is an overview, drawing on visits to services; interviews with strategic leads, programme directors and policymakers; and conversations with service users and families.
There is so much more that could be shared – along with the chance to connect with Finnish colleagues to discuss the challenges we all grapple with. If you would like to know more about any aspect of the visit or the report, please contact [email protected].
